DHL Global Forwarding seeks an FTZ Special Operations Manager in Dallas to serve as the SME for complex FTZ activities across the U.S. FTZ network. You will lead escalations, drive standardization, and support strategic customer requirements while strengthening compliance and audit readiness.

The role bridges day-to-day FTZ operations with strategic leadership, delivering training, issue resolution, and continuous improvement across locations. Domestic travel up to 30-40% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field.
• Minimum 7 years in FTZ operations, compliance, and inventory control programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary escalation point for complex FTZ operational matters.
• Lead resolution of inventory discrepancies, admissions, withdrawals, exports, and non-standard transactions.
• Provide technical guidance to FTZ Operations teams nationwide and ensure consistent FTZ procedures.
