Job summary

Gymshark is seeking an Inbound Supply Chain Manager to lead inbound freight operations, ensuring on-time arrivals into our distribution network at competitive costs. You will collaborate with suppliers, freight partners and internal teams to oversee performance, capacity planning, risk management and continuous improvement across global logistics.

This hands-on role requires strong experience in international logistics, stakeholder management and data-driven problem solving.

Qualifications

• Experience managing supply chain or freight operations in a global environment.
• Strong knowledge of international logistics, freight forwarding and inbound supply chain management.
• Experience driving operational improvements and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and influencing abilities.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to forecast, plan and manage complex supply chain activities.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with a focus on delivering results.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships and contracts with freight forwarders and logistics partners.
• Ensure on-time product delivery into distribution centres across transport modes.
• Support new product launches by monitoring inbound delivery performance and mitigating risks.
• Partner with Commercial, Production and Supply Chain teams to align capacity and delivery plans with demand.
• Establish and optimise international freight routes and warehouse networks.
• Monitor inbound supply chain KPIs and drive improvements in performance, cost and service.
• Provide freight cost analysis and insights to support commercial decisions.
• Manage volume forecasting across freight and distribution operations.
• Stay ahead of changes in customs, trade agreements and global logistics requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase speed to market and enhance supply chain resilience.
