FOX Entertainment Global in Los Angeles seeks a Director of Non-Theatrical Sales to drive revenue across global non-theatrical exhibition platforms. This role leads licensing strategy and sales for airlines, cruise lines, hospitality, and other out-of-home venues, expanding partnerships and optimizing windowing strategies.

In-flight entertainment will be a primary revenue driver, requiring strong negotiation, global relationship skills, and a track record of closing multi-market deals.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in content sales, licensing, or distribution in non-theatrical markets.
• 2+ years as a direct client-facing primary contact managing accounts.
• Proven track record of revenue growth and deal closure in in-flight or related sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead global sales strategy for non-theatrical distribution with a focus on in-flight entertainment.
• Serve as main day-to-day contact for key non-theatrical client accounts and manage deliverables.
• Manage relationships with airline content buyers, in-flight providers, and aggregators.
• Identify and close new opportunities across cruise lines, ships, rail, hospitality, healthcare, and education.
• Develop go-to-market strategies for non-theatrical windows across film/television content.
• Track commitments, timelines, deliverables, and workflows to ensure on-schedule completion.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive activity to inform strategy.
• Prepare updates, analyses, forecasts, and presentations for leadership and partners.
• Negotiate licensing agreements aligned with distribution strategy to maximize revenue.
• Meet or exceed revenue targets and contribute to long-term growth planning.
• Represent FOX at key markets and conferences (e.g., APEX).
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Marketing, and Operations on deals and rights.
• Align with Theatrical, TV Distribution, and Digital teams on windows and content availability.
