Job summary

FOX Entertainment Global is seeking a seasoned rights and deal professional to oversee its global rights management efforts. You will lead a team, partner with studios to secure distribution rights, and ensure accurate data capture in the rights management system.

The role requires reviewing complex agreements, translating terms into actionable data, and coordinating with Sales, Legal, and Technology to keep licenses and commitments up to date.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of rights and/or deal management experience.
• Experience reviewing and summarizing a wide range of agreements.
• Knowledge of Rightsline and media rights concepts.
• Ability to translate contractual terms into data in Rights Management databases.
• Strong analytical, technical, and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage the rights management team with senior leadership.
• Partner with content providers to secure and communicate distribution rights.
• Review and summarize rights from providers into the rights management database.
• Review license and distribution agreements and record rights.
• Enter deal terms related to licenses, formats, and acquisitions.
• Track key dates and commitments across distribution deals.
• Track and manage music licensing rights and restrictions.
• Support Sales and Senior Management inquiries.
• Collaborate with Technology on Salesforce and Rightsline enhancements.
