Job summary

FOX Entertainment Global is seeking a Director of Non-Theatrical Sales to drive revenue growth across global non-theatrical exhibition platforms, with a primary focus on in-flight entertainment.

The role leads licensing strategy, manages key client accounts, and expands opportunities across airlines, cruise lines, hospitality, and educational markets, while aligning with cross-functional teams to optimize windowing and content availability.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in content sales, licensing, or distribution in non-theatrical or ancillary markets.
• 2+ years as a direct client-facing primary point of contact managing day-to-day accounts.
• Proven track record of revenue growth and closing deals in in-flight entertainment and related sectors.
• Deep understanding of global licensing, rights management, and windowing strategies.
• Strong negotiation skills for structuring complex international deals.

Responsibilities

• Lead global sales strategy for non-theatrical distribution with focus on in-flight entertainment.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for key non-theatrical client accounts.
• Manage relationships with airline content buyers, in-flight service providers, and aggregators.
• Develop and close new opportunities across cruise lines, ships, rail, hospitality, healthcare, and education.
• Execute go-to-market strategies for non-theatrical windows across film and TV content.
• Track commitments, timelines, deliverables, and workflows to ensure on-schedule delivery.
• Monitor industry trends and platform changes to inform sales strategy.
• Prepare account updates, analyses, forecasts, and leadership presentations.
• Negotiate licensing agreements aligned with distribution strategy to maximize revenue.
• Meet or exceed annual revenue targets and support long-term growth planning.
• Represent FOX at industry markets and conferences (e.g., APEX).
• Monitor partner performance and identify renewal and incremental revenue opportunities.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to execute deals.
• Align with Theatrical, TV Distribution, and Digital teams on windows and content availability.
