Job summary

FOX Entertainment Global seeks a Director of TVOD and Revenue-Share to propel transactional content sales and manage key accounts across digital platforms and partners. Qualifications

• 7+ years in transactional content sales, digital distribution, licensing, or account management.
• Experience as a direct client-facing lead and primary contact.
• Experience managing promotional strategy and pricing/merchandising coordination.
• Deep knowledge of licensed media rights, windowing, and digital distribution models.
• Proven sales analysis, forecasting, and joint business planning abilities.
• Familiarity with licensing terms and revenue-share structures; negotiation skill preferred.
• Strong ability to translate data and client objectives into actionable recommendations.
• Proven project leadership across multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across functions.
• Self-starter with initiative and disciplined attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead TVOD and revenue-share sales strategy across digital platforms, retailers, and distribution partners.
• Serve as primary day-to-day contact for key client accounts, managing activity and escalations.
• Build and maintain relationships with platform and distribution partners to support renewals and growth.
• Develop and execute joint business plans using performance trends and market intelligence.
• Analyze account performance, revenue trends, and pricing to inform recommendations.
• Manage promotional strategy, pricing, merchandising, and marketing coordination.
• Evaluate content availability and windowing to maximize revenue across models.
• Coordinate title setup, product information, pricing, and launch requirements with internal teams.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Marketing, Operations, Content Planning, and Distribution to execute deals.
• Review licensing agreements and revenue-share structures to ensure effective execution.
• Support negotiations and deal structuring balancing partner needs with FOX objectives.
• Track commitments, timelines, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion.
• Monitor industry trends and platform changes to inform strategy.
• Prepare account updates, sales analyses, forecasts, and leadership presentations.
• Identify and pursue new distribution opportunities to expand FOX's content reach.
