Job summary

Tailored Brands, Inc. is seeking an International Import Specialist to manage end-to-end documentation and coordination of international shipments into the US. You will work with direct sourcing, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure timely delivery to US distribution centers.

The role requires strong knowledge of export/import documents, Incoterms, and ERP-like systems. Collaboration with merchandise accounting and accounts payable is essential for prompt invoicing and

Qualifications

• Familiarity with MBOL, AWB, ISF, BOL and CI documents.
• Experience with customs documentation, auditing and compliance.
• Knowledge of Incoterms for international freight.

Responsibilities

• Provide world class service to internal and external customers.
• Process international shipping documents for accuracy and submission to merchandise accounting.
• Audit and code freight invoices for international and domestic shipments.
• Monitor WIP reports and update systems accordingly (TMS, Bamboo Rose).
• Coordinate with freight forwarders to obtain tracking information and with customs brokers for accurate documentation.
• Communicate with buyers and sourcing to schedule inbound international merchandise for distribution centers.
