Laudisi Distribution Group is seeking an Import/Export Logistics Specialist to own domestic and international shipments across five business units, coordinating transportation, documentation, and customs processes to ensure timely delivery and accuracy.

You will work with brokers, freight forwarders, and multiple platforms such as UPS WorldShip, myDHL+, Stamps.com, and ShipStation, handling HTS classifications, ISF filings, and Incoterms while maintaining compliance and carrier relationships.

Formación

• Hands-on experience coordinating import/export shipments and documentation.
• Experience working with customs brokers and freight forwarders on clearance.
• Proficiency with ISF filings, HTS classification, and Incoterms.

Responsabilidades

• Own import and export freight from origin to dock across multiple continents.
• Manage carrier and forwarder relationships and negotiate rates.
• Coordinate customs clearance, documentation accuracy, and HTS classification.
• Ensure compliance and learn tobacco-specific rules where applicable.
• Operate shipping platforms to quote, book, and track shipments.
