Lanteris Space LLC, a subsidiary of Intuitive Machines, seeks an Import & Export Logistics Lead to orchestrate global inbound and outbound shipments while ensuring regulatory compliance and cost efficiency. You will partner with Global Logistics, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Engineering to streamline processes and resolve complex trade issues.

Competenze

• Must be a US citizen or permanent resident.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or related field; 4 years of experience may substitute.
• 10+ years in import/export or international logistics.
• Experience with customs regs, Incoterms, and international shipping procedures.
• Experience with trade documents and customs brokerage processes.
• Flexible hours; evenings/weekends may be required; up to 10% travel.

Mansioni

• Lead and coordinate international inbound and outbound shipments with freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for import/export, customs, and international transportation activities.
• Prepare, review, and oversee shipping documentation (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, AES filings, certificates of origin).
• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations, customs requirements, trade laws, export controls, and company policies.
• Support HTS classification, country of origin, duties/tariffs, Incoterms, and other customs requirements.
• Manage the Temporary Import Bond (TIB) program; tracking, documentation and closure.
• Support and maintain the FTZ program including admissions, traceability, documentation, and closure.
• Support customs audits, government inquiries, compliance reviews, and corrective actions.
• Support trade compliance activities (restricted party screening, export licenses, decrements, recordkeeping).
• Develop and maintain relationships with carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers; monitor performance and resolve issues.
• Lead development and maintenance of SOPs, routing guides, and standardized import/export processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve logistics efficiency and reduce costs; enhance shipment visibility.
• Provide training and guidance to logistics and cross-functional teams on import/export and trade compliance requirements.
• Maintain auditable records and stay current on international trade regulations and best practices.
