Job summary

Relativity Space in Los Angeles is seeking a Global Supply Manager, Avionics, to design and scale supply chains for complex aerospace components. You will lead sourcing, supplier management, and contract negotiations, partnering with Engineering, Quality, and Planning to enable on-time Terran R milestones.

The role requires a 5+ year track record in aerospace or advanced manufacturing procurement, ERP experience (LN, SAP, Oracle), and a degree in SCM, Business, or Engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, sourcing, or procurement.
• Experience managing suppliers for aerospace/advanced manufacturing.
• Proven track record of negotiating contracts and milestones.
• Hands-on ERP experience (LN, SAP, Oracle) and aerospace process knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing and supplier management for major vehicle structures ensuring cost, quality, and delivery targets are achieved
• Develop and execute supply chain strategies including supplier selection and capacity planning
• Partner with Engineering, Quality, and Planning to align procurement with program milestones
• Drive supplier performance through risk management, negotiations, and milestone tracking
• Mentor team members and improve sourcing processes and supplier health
