This senior staff role requires expertise in FAR/DFARS, ITAR, BIS, and SAP platforms, with a hybrid in-office expectation and occasional travel, to ensure regulatory alignment and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of SAP GTS and SAP ERP platforms.
• Experience with FAR/DFARS, ITAR, and BIS export authorizations.
• Proven project management experience.
• Familiarity with defense Global Supply Chain tools and export compliance.
• CI or OpEx mindset applied to export processes.
• Experience with self-audit techniques for licensing and foreign-to-foreign movements.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operational export compliance activities across multiple sites.
• Guide processes to ensure compliant and efficient goods movement worldwide.
• Serve as liaison between project management, planning, and line management.
• Review project status, budgets, schedules and reports.
• Maintain in-office presence 1–2 days weekly in Fort Worth; travel as needed.
