• Excellent organizational and communication skills; multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process import documents, ensure accuracy and proper sequence.
• Track bookings/shipments, provide shipment status updates to clients, collect PODs.
• Bill and invoice files with attention to payment terms and accuracy.
