Job summary

Clearwater Analytics seeks a Global Delivery SME in Boise, Idaho to onboard clients to our SaaS platform, working with analysts, leads and managers to deliver Solvency II reporting, derivatives and other asset classes, and to streamline onboarding with scalable processes.

You will support client engagement, apply Clearwater's core offering of Accounting, Compliance, Risk and Performance reports, and build SOPs and training.

Qualifications

• Certified Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in finance or accounting or related field.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in a related field.
• Experience with investment accounting policies and procedures.
• Experience with equities, fixed income and derivatives markets.

Responsibilities

• Onboard clients proficiently and align with Clearwater's Client Engagement Model.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and lead implementation.
• Guide peers on industry knowledge as Clearwater evolves.
• Develop knowledge in at least one market/regulatory regime (e.g., Solvency II, US insurance).
• Handle financial accounting and investment statements using dashboards and reports.
• Familiarize with Clearwater's core offerings and build SOPs and training materials.
• Collaborate with a global team to resolve client inquiries efficiently.
