Job summary

Clearwater Analytics, LLC is seeking an Implementation Analyst to support client onboarding onto our SaaS platform, aligning with Clearwater Way methodologies, and delivering tailored solutions for accounting, compliance monitoring, performance measurement, risk analysis, and reporting.

You will train clients on the Clearwater Platform, communicate project status to stakeholders, and lead workstreams while resolving issues to ensure project success and drive process improvements across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's / Master's degree in related field; 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Advanced knowledge of investment accounting principles and practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; proficient in SQL.

Responsibilities

• Explain Clearwater's value proposition to clients.
• Lead project workstreams and manage status updates.
• Train clients on Clearwater's Platform.
• Troubleshoot implementation issues and escalate when needed.
• Maintain client and stakeholder relationships.
• Document process improvements and product enhancements.
