Job summary

Clearwater Analytics, LLC is hiring an Implementations Project Management Associate to oversee client projects from planning through transition to steady-state servicing. You will coordinate internal teams, clients, and vendors, manage budgets and timelines, and report on progress to executives.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, strong documentation, and effective communication in a financial services environment. Bachelor's in finance or accounting is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• Experience in financial services (Investment, Banking, Insurance, FinTech, etc.).
• Experience in consulting is advantageous.
• Understanding of securities or financial markets is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage comprehensive project plans for an assigned portfolio, ensuring alignment with client objectives and internal goals.
• Coordinate activities of internal teams, clients, and third-party vendors across project workstreams to ensure timely execution.
• Generate weekly status reports and hold weekly status meetings with clients and project teams.
• Lead steering committee meetings with C-level client decision-makers and senior management.
• Oversee project financials, including revenue recognition forecasts and unbilled bookings.
• Manage resource allocation and optimize utilization for the project portfolio.
• Track metrics such as utilization, go-live adherence, and billing accuracy.
• Serve as a trusted client relationship manager and maintain strong partnerships.
