Sokin is seeking an Implementation Manager in San Francisco to coordinate cross-functional teams through client implementations, focusing on embedded clients like NeoBanks, Marketplaces, and Payroll companies. Qualifications

• 5+ years of implementation or project management experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or fintech environments.
• Proven track record managing complex enterprise implementations involving APIs, integrations, or embedded solutions from initiation through completion.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships in matrix organizations with competing priorities.
• Stakeholder management experience managing relationships with technical stakeholders, and C-level executives.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate a bespoke Implementation team across Sales, Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Operations to ensure fast onboarding and smooth operations.
• Create and maintain implementation plans with clear deliverables, timelines, owners, and dependencies for both Sokin and client teams.
• Facilitate meetings and communication channels to keep all teams aligned on priorities and timelines.
• Manage cross-team resources across multiple concurrent implementations to optimize team usage and momentum.
• Gather data on client impact and feed insights back to product and engineering for prioritization.
