Job summary

Manifest OS is seeking an Enterprise Program Manager to own major immigration programs for Fortune 500 clients, acting as the strategic partner between clients, our attorneys, and operations. You will ensure programs run smoothly, deliver measurable value, and improve quarter over quarter.

You’ll lead relationships with Heads of Mobility and executive stakeholders, define KPIs, and manage high-volume cycles such as H-1B, PERM, and green card pipelines, while driving proactive process

Qualifications

• 10+ years in global mobility leadership or immigration program management.
• Deep knowledge of US immigration processes (H-1B, L-1, O-1, PERM).
• Experience managing outside counsel or vendors and SLAs.
• Strong executive communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program health across 3 to 5 strategic enterprise accounts.
• Serve as the primary liaison between client mobility, HR, and talent teams.
• Define and track KPIs and SLAs for programs.
• Lead quarterly executive reviews with clear performance reporting.
• Forecast for H-1B cap season, PERM and green card pipelines.
• Manage escalations and resolve across internal teams.
• Onboard and transition new programs.
• Translate regulatory changes into practical program decisions.
• Identify process improvements to move programs from reactive to proactive.
• Feed client insights back into product, legal, and ops to shape the roadmap.
