Job summary

Manifest OS is seeking an Enterprise Program Manager to own a portfolio of large immigration programs for Fortune 500 clients. You will serve as the strategic partner to global mobility teams, acting as the bridge between clients, Manifest Law attorneys, and operations.

You’ll define KPIs, manage SLAs, and lead executive reviews, while forecasting for high-volume cycles such as H-1B cap and PERM. A strategic mobility mindset and strong relationships with executives are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in global mobility, preferably with Fortune 500 exposure.
• Deep knowledge of US immigration processes (H-1B, L-1, O-1, PERM, green cards).
• Strategic view of mobility beyond case filing.
• Experience managing outside counsel or vendors and holding them to SLAs.
• Strong executive presence and communication, written and verbal.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills for large-scale programs.
• Comfort in a fast-moving, early-stage environment.
• Proficiency with immigration case management systems and CRM.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program health across 3–5 strategic enterprise accounts.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client mobility, HR, and talent teams, and as the liaison between client, Manifest Law attorneys, and operations.
• Build relationships with Heads of Mobility, VPs, and executives across HR, Legal, and Talent Acquisition.
• Define and track program KPIs and SLAs, including case timelines, approval rates, employee experience, and spend using the Manifest OS platform.
• Lead quarterly and executive business reviews with clear reporting on performance, trends, and recommendations.
• Forecast and plan for high-volume cycles like H-1B cap season, PERM, and green card pipelines.
• Manage escalations, own resolution, and coordinate across internal teams.
• Lead onboarding and transitions for new programs, including migrating cases from incumbents with support of Manifest Law attorneys.
• Keep clients ahead of regulatory changes and translate them into actionable program decisions.
• Identify process improvements to move programs from reactive to proactive.
• Feed client insights back into product, legal, and ops to shape roadmap and service model.

About the Role

Manifest is looking for an Enterprise Program Manager to own a small number of our largest Fortune 500 immigration programs. You’ll go deep on a handful of accounts and act as the strategic partner to their global mobility teams, serving as the bridge between the client, our attorneys, and our operations team. Your job is to make sure each program runs smoothly, delivers measurable value, and gets better every quarter.

What You’ll Do

• Own end-to-end program health across 3 to 5 strategic enterprise accounts
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client mobility, HR, and talent teams, and as the liaison between the client, Manifest Law attorneys, and operations
• Build trusted relationships with Heads of Mobility, VPs, and executive stakeholders across HR, Legal, and Talent Acquisition
• Define and track program KPIs and SLAs, including case timelines, approval rates, employee experience, and spend using the Manifest OS platform
• Lead quarterly and executive business reviews with clear reporting on performance, trends, and recommendations
• Forecast and plan for high-volume cycles like H-1B cap season, PERM and green card pipelines, and annual extension waves
• Manage escalations calmly and quickly, and own resolution across internal teams
• Lead onboarding and transitions for new programs, including migrating cases from incumbent firms with the support of the Manifest Law attorneys
• Keep clients ahead of regulatory and policy changes, and help translate them into practical program decisions
• Identify process improvements that move programs from reactive to proactive
• Feed client insights back into product, legal, and ops to shape the roadmap and service model

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years in global mobility, ideally leading or managing immigration programs at a Fortune 500 company or a top immigration firm
• Deep understanding of US immigration processes (H-1B, L-1, O-1, PERM, green cards) and how they connect to broader mobility strategy
• A strategic view of the mobility function, beyond getting cases filed
• Experience managing outside counsel or vendor relationships, and holding them accountable to SLAs
• Strong executive presence and communication skills, written and verbal
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to run complex programs at scale
• Comfort operating in a fast-moving, early-stage environment
• Proficiency with immigration case management systems, CRM tools, and data reporting
