Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 4+ years of HR experience.
• At least 1 year of immigration law experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and UKG Pro.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-volume project management and administration of U.S. and global immigration visas and related filings.
• Coordinate with candidates, employees, managers and external counsel, track data and statuses.
• Ensure compliance with immigration laws and company policies.
• Draft and edit visa letters and forms; manage document collection and review.
• Administer and manage PERM, I-140, I-485 processes and related analyses.
