Job description

We are seeking an Immigration Coordinator to support our Immigration Program Manager with daily operations related to nonimmigrant and immigrant visa processes. This role ensures compliance with immigration laws, prepares case documentation, and supports PERM recruitment activities.

Location: Austin, TX. Salary range: $50,000 – $60,000.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with nonimmigrant (H-1B, F-1, L-1, B-1) and immigrant (PERM) processes
• Prepare immigration forms, letters, and case documents
• Submit cases to outside counsel and maintain compliance files (H-1B postings, Public Access, PERM Audit)
• Support PERM recruitment — job postings, resume screening, recruitment documentation
• Maintain immigration SharePoint page and update forms as needed
• Schedule immigration-related events and maintain accurate reports
• Partner with HR Operations & Talent Acquisition for job description requests

Requirements

• 1–2+ years of experience and a Bachelor’s in International Relations, Legal Studies, International Business, or related field — or an ABA-approved Immigration Paralegal certificate
• Strong writing skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Excellent organizational skills
• Experience with INSZoom, Visatrax, or Connect is a plus
