Job summary

Snap Inc. is seeking a Lead, Immigration to scale the U.S. immigration program within the Global Immigration team under the People Team.

The role partners with internal recruiters, HR, and external counsel to manage visa processes, green card workflows, and compliance. You will drive efficiency, educate stakeholders, and adapt practices to evolving immigration law. The position requires deep expertise in H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, F-1/OPT, and permanent residence processes, with a focus on policy

Qualifications

Deep knowledge of US employment-based immigration programs and case types.
Experience liaising with external counsel and internal stakeholders to drive compliant outcomes.
Strong project management and ability to prioritize in a high-volume environment.
Ability to translate technical concepts into practical guidance for non-experts.
Experience handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities

Manage U.S. employment-based immigration matters for candidates and team members.
Support green card workflows, PERM activities, and case initiation.
Maintain compliance through case tracking, records management, and audit readiness.
Collaborate with external immigration counsel and internal partners.
Drive process improvements to scale the program and adapt to policy changes.
Draft clear memos communicating policy changes to teams.
