Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, Associate’s degree, Paralegal certification or customer-facing experience.
• At least 4 years of business immigration experience (paralegal).
• Strong knowledge of nonimmigrant and immigrant visa procedures and client processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proofreading and fluent prose without AI assistance.
• Experience using MS Word and Excel.
• Desire to contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform substantive client-facing work in employment-based immigration matters.
• Independently handle case prep and filing with government agencies.
• Oversee case status with case management and billing systems.
• Collaborate with clients on intake, case strategy, and process improvements.
• Produce clear, well-organised written work applying immigration knowledge.
