Job summary

TeamPeople is seeking a full-time Service Manager to work on-site at our client's offices in Burlingame, CA. This high-profile role leads a global multi-disciplinary production and immersive experiences team, owning the end-to-end service, budgets, SLAs and contract alignment.

You will present performance analytics at business reviews, drive continuous improvement, and partner with cross-functional teams to recruit top talent and meet project demands in a fast-paced, tech-forward environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering immersive experiences, AV, events and production services.
• Strong leadership and ability to scale teams globally.
• AI awareness and understanding of tooling to optimize workflows.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary strategic contact for the managed service and stakeholders.
• Lead a global multi-disciplinary team and manage budgets.
• Oversee end-to-end production planning and resource allocation.
• Deliver monthly billing reviews and performance analytics.
• Drive continuous improvement and align with contract SLAs.
• Recruit high-calibre candidates and elite freelance talent.
