This position is part of the Global Experiential Marketing team, focusing on leading creative development and environmental execution for key client events, co-branded activations, retail initiatives, and the client swag program.

The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to create immersive experiences that engage B2B and B2C audiences and showcase the client’s impact on entertainment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead 2D, digital, and environmental creative development for in-person experiences.
• Work with event managers and stakeholders to develop innovative solutions.
• Manage design resources and ensure project timelines are met.
• Stay updated on experiential design and technology trends.
• Travel up to 30% for project needs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with immersive technologies, VR, AR/XR.
• Experience with live events production and retail environmental design.
• Understanding of the consumer entertainment market.
• Passion for entertainment and entertainment technology.
• Commitment to enabling better entertainment for all.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in design, art, or related field.
• 8+ years in consumer-facing experiential design.
• Strong creative, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent storytelling and presentation skills.

Salary Range: $75,000 - $145,000
