Job summary

TeamPeople seeks a full-time XR Specialist to work at client offices in Burlingame, CA. The role centers on leading XR experiences across AR, MR and VR, with hands-on development in Unity/Unreal and XR content pipelines.

The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end XR projects, mentor the team, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver narrative-driven experiences for live deployments, apps and marketing assets.

Qualifications

• Experience leading XR production projects from concept to delivery.
• Strong understanding of AR/MR/VR workflows and content pipelines.
• Proven ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead in design and creation of bespoke XR experiences and projects.
• Develop bespoke XR content for experimental workflows.
• Train and educate within the company around XR tools and methods.
• Manage technical risks across pre-production, production and post-event phases.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle of multiple XR projects in a fast-paced environment.
