Job summary

Merz North America, Inc. is seeking a Global Integrated Business Planning Director to lead end-to-end IBP across the aesthetics organization from Racine, WI. You will align commercial, supply, inventory, and financial plans to enable executive decision-making and growth.

This role requires strong strategic leadership, global collaboration, and change leadership to drive planning maturity, process standardization, and cross-functional performance across regulated environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Life Sciences, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Supply Chain, Integrated Business Planning, Sales & Operations Planning, Operations, or Business Planning.
• 5+ years of leadership experience overseeing global teams, enterprise-wide projects, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience leading global planning organizations within highly regulated industries.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the global IBP process across all business units and regions.
• Establish IBP governance, standards, policies, and operating procedures.
• Facilitate monthly Executive IBP meetings and decision-making forums.
• Ensure alignment between strategic, commercial, operational, and financial plans.
• Drive cross-functional consensus and accountability for business plans and performance outcomes.
• Provide executive visibility to risks, opportunities, constraints, and scenario alternatives.
