Job summary

QTS Realty Trust seeks a Global Process Owner for Integrated Business Planning to design and govern the IBP process across functions and regions. You will standardize processes, data, and controls, ensuring decision-grade, scalable IBP execution with strong governance and KPI definitions.

You will lead end-to-end governance, collaborate with senior leaders, and drive continuous improvements in planning effectiveness, timeliness, and data quality while enabling enterprise adoption of IBP

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IBP, S&OP, enterprise planning, or global process ownership.
• Demonstrated success establishing governance, standards, controls, and KPIs.
• Strong influence in matrixed organizations without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end IBP process governance, definitions, and handoffs.
• Define process taxonomy and enforce governance across planning horizons.
• Develop standard artifacts, data elements, and KPIs for IBP.
• Monitor performance, drive improvements, and ensure data integrity.
• Support adoption of IBP standards with training and change readiness.
