Job summary

QTS Data Centers is seeking a Global Process Owner for Integrated Business Planning to lead the design, governance, and integrity of the IBP process across functions and regions. The role ensures consistent, data-driven planning with strong controls and cross-functional collaboration.

The GPO will define IBP taxonomy, governance, and change management, while partnering with enterprise teams to embed standards and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in IBP, S&OP, enterprise planning, or global process ownership.
• Demonstrated success establishing governance, standards, controls, and KPIs in complex environments.
• Strong influence skills in matrixed organizations without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end IBP process accountability across demand, supply, financial, capital, and capacity planning.
• Define and maintain IBP process taxonomy (L1–L5) and documentation.
• Establish IBP governance with stage gates, reconciliation rules, and approvals.
• Manage intake, prioritization, and sequencing of IBP changes.
• Develop standardized IBP artifacts and KPI definitions.
• Partner with systems and data teams to translate IBP standards into system requirements.
• Apply the GPO Playbook for documentation depth and governance.
