Job summary

Fluidstack is building civilization-scale infrastructure for AI in the United States. We are hiring a Construction Program Manager to drive planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management for hyperscale data centers across geographies.

You will own master schedules, budgets, and contract lifecycles, coordinating cross-functional teams and traveling 80–100% to active sites. The role demands deep knowledge of scheduling tools and a track record in fast-track delivery.

Qualifications

• Led PM on hyperscale data center or large infra builds with fast-track delivery.
• Deep knowledge of civil/structural/mechanical/electrical scopes, procurement workflows, and cost controls.
• Expert in scheduling (P6, MS Project), cost (Procore, Ares, Excel) and collaboration tools (Smartsheet, Confluence).
• Clear written and spoken communication with executives and trades.
• Built and scaled project teams across regions/time zones; willing to travel 80–100%.
• Bonus: PMI-PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent; multi-region fast-track delivery.

Responsibilities

• Drive planning, budgeting, and risk management for global data centers; align stakeholders from kickoff to turnover.
• Build integrated schedules across design, procurement, construction, and commissioning; own master schedule.
• Own project budgets, cash-flow forecasts, and change-order governance; report earned-value weekly.
• Facilitate phase-gate/design reviews; maintain RACI matrices and action logs; manage contract lifecycles.
• Identify critical-path and long-lead risks; be single source of truth for leadership and partners.
• Lead cross-functional delivery teams; develop staffing plans; run standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
