Qualifications

• Experience supervising heavy industrial or mission-critical construction.
• Ability to sequence trades to prevent delays.
• Proven track record closing punch lists.
• Willingness to travel and live where work is.

Responsibilities

• Run the field on a gigawatt-scale data center build: sequencing, trade coordination, and daily production against the plan.
• Walk the job daily and clear blockers before crews wait: RFIs, materials, access, inspections.
• Enforce quality and safety standards at the workface, not from the trailer.
• Coordinate with commissioning so systems complete in the order startup needs, not the order construction prefers.
