Renesas Electronics is seeking a Director of Hyperscalers and Emerging AI to own strategy, business development, and revenue growth for a high-impact segment within the HPAC product line. You will collaborate with cloud providers and AI customers, shape roadmaps, and lead global teams in a fast-paced, global context.

The role requires 15+ years in product leadership, deep power-management expertise, and a proven track record in data center markets.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering or related field (MS or MBA a plus).
• 15+ years in product management, product marketing, or related roles.
• Hands-on experience managing and launching products in data center, server, telecom, networking, or computing markets.
• Understanding of power management applications and products.
• Track record of driving revenue growth and market adoption.

Responsabilités

• Own the global strategy and growth plan for the Hyperscalers and Emerging AI segment, including market priorities, target customers, design-win objectives, and revenue growth.
• Identify emerging technologies, applications, customers, and market segments to expand addressable market and strengthen competition.
• Develop understanding of market dynamics, architectures, roadmaps, and design windows to anticipate opportunities and threats.
• Translate market insights into actionable recommendations for product, portfolio, and investment priorities.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with cloud service providers and emerging AI customers.
• Lead strategic customer engagements to understand architectures, requirements, and roadmaps.
• Orchestrate global Sales and FAE teams for product promotion and design-wins.
• Drive opportunities from early engagement through design-win and revenue.
• Articulate differentiated value proposition and ensure strong positioning.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to convert requirements into differentiated roadmaps.
• Identify portfolio gaps and recommend new products or partnerships.
• Provide competitive and market intelligence to guide roadmaps and GTM strategy.
• Ensure alignment between customer requirements, product strategy, and commercial priorities.
• Align PM, Engineering, Applications, Sales, Marketing, and Operations around segment priorities.
• Drive disciplined execution and ownership across global teams.
• Present strategy, opportunities, and outlook to senior leadership.
• Operate effectively across cultures and geographies.
