World Relief is seeking a Program Officer to fortify internal coordination for US-government funded humanitarian grants across multiple country offices. The role focuses on compliance, reporting, budget management, and consortium coordination in a dynamic international program.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in international development, strong written communication, and willingness to travel to fragile contexts. A Bachelor’s degree is required, with a Master’s preferred for advanced roles.

Qualifications

• Mature Christian faith and commitment to WR mission.
• 3–5 years of international development experience.
• Experience with rapid humanitarian response and donor reporting.
• Willingness to travel to fragile contexts.
• Excellent written communication and proposal development skills.

Responsabilités

• Serve as liaison between grant teams and WR country offices.
• Ensure compliance with US government and WR policies.
• Support budget management, reporting, and learning activities.
• Coordinate portfolio reviews and knowledge sharing.
• Represent WR at external events and donor engagements.
