Job summary

ADM is seeking a Human Rights Specialist to lead the implementation of the company's human rights and responsible sourcing commitments globally. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in human rights, responsible sourcing, ESG, sustainability, or supply chain compliance.
• Experience managing supplier social audits, particularly SMETA.
• Strong understanding of international human rights standards (UN Guiding Principles, OECD Due Diligence, ILO Core Conventions).
• Excellent project management, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and implement ADM's human rights commitments across global operations and supply chains.
• Develop internal action plans and track progress against human rights objectives.
• Partner with Procurement to deploy and improve ADM's Responsible Sourcing Program.
• Coordinate supplier audits and due diligence, review findings, and drive remediation to closure.
• Engage internal teams and external partners (NGOs, industry groups) to strengthen ADM's human rights program.
• Travel up to 15–20% in North America and internationally to support audits and supplier reviews.
