Job summary

HP is seeking a Director of Responsible Sourcing to lead the strategy, structure, and leadership of HP’s responsible sourcing, human rights and environmental due diligence program across a global electronics supply chain. This role partners with Legal, Compliance, Procurement, and senior leadership to drive governance and risk management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-year or graduate degree in related field.
• Typically 12+ years in responsible sourcing, human rights, sustainability, procurement, compliance, or related discipline.
• 7+ years in a leadership role with accountability for team and enterprise risk.
• Experience leading through organizational change and communicating to senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead HP's responsible sourcing strategy, standards, governance, and supplier requirements.
• Own human rights and environmental due diligence across multi-tier supply chains.
• Build partnerships across Procurement, Legal, Compliance, and Supply Chain.
• Translate complex risk into clear business decisions and updates for leadership.
• Represent HP in industry coalitions and with external stakeholders.
• Design scalable processes and governance structures for regulatory readiness.
