Job summary

DÔEN is seeking an Impact & Responsible Sourcing Manager to drive social compliance, human rights due diligence, and regulatory readiness across our global supply chain. Reporting to the Vice President of Impact & Responsible Sourcing, you will manage data, risk classifications, and governance processes to enable proactive risk management and compliant operations.

Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of relevant experience managing cross-functional workstreams.
• Experience with social compliance programs or human rights due diligence preferred.
• Familiarity with forced labor risk and global apparel supply chains.
• Experience researching or monitoring legislation, public policy, regulatory requirements.
• Experience with supply chain traceability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day management of social compliance and human rights due diligence across the global supply chain.
• Maintain social compliance dashboard and ensure data accuracy for audits, CAPs, and risk.
• Support Elm AI as a central tool for monitoring supply chain risk.
• Review audits and elevate non-compliance or elevated risk findings.
• Track CAPs from identification to closure with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor suppliers, regions, and sub-tiers for emerging risks.
• Maintain risk classifications and KPIs for supplier portfolio.
• Prepare recurring reporting and risk assessments for leadership.
• Support supplier engagement and capability-building to improve compliance.
• Maintain regulatory tracker and monitor evolving legislation affecting apparel.
• Translate regulatory developments into summaries and next steps.
• Partner with functions to implement compliance workstreams.
• Maintain internal policies and governance tools for regulatory compliance.
