The role requires 8+ years in social compliance or supply chain labor, strong communication, and program management within a matrixed organization. Travel up to 10% is expected as you engage with suppliers worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in environmental science, environmental sustainability, business management, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in social compliance or supply chain labor, human rights, and health & safety.
• Familiarity with the Responsible Business Alliance Code of Conduct.
• Experience in project management with self-managed complex program delivery in a matrixed environment.
• Experience in developing management systems, including SOPs.
• Advanced communication skills and ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated diplomacy and detail orientation; ability to manage competing priorities.
• Willingness to travel (10%).

Responsibilities

• Examine through root cause analysis and manage supplier performance improvements against RSC standards.
• Contribute to improvement programs that support sustained high supplier performance.
• Support the implementation of social and environmental responsibility programs and assurance activities at suppliers.
• Maintain positive, proactive relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders.
• Engage with sourcing, legal, business units and cross-functional teams to align program objectives and manage key metrics.
• Execute responsible supply chain operations, including supplier prioritization, risk screening, and benchmarking.
• Provide day-to-day coordination for projects and communicate status and priorities to team members and cross-functional partners.
• Execute technical reviews and process standardization, ensuring regulatory compliance and best practices.
• Contribute to the program's reporting, communications, and training.
