Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. is seeking a Human Performance Program Manager to lead and optimize large, globally distributed programs that enhance Warfighter readiness and resilience.

You will supervise contractor personnel, manage scope, schedule, and costs, and support security-clearance requirements across CONUS and OCONUS operations. The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience and a Secret clearance (Top Secret ability).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Performance, Health Sciences, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience supporting human performance programs (CONUS/OCONUS).
• Secret clearance or higher; ability to obtain Top Secret.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise large, globally distributed military support programs.
• Oversee scope, schedule, costs, and contractor performance.
• Provide guidance to contracting teams and manage staffing/training.
• Support the customer CO’s representative and contracting officer.
• Coordinate CONUS/OCONUS rotations and deployments.
