General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. is seeking a Human Performance Program Manager to support mission-critical programs for the Military Health business.

The role drives initiatives that optimize physical, psychological, social, and cognitive performance across high-functioning teams, including recruitment, deployment, and sustainment across CONUS and OCONUS. Requires a Bachelor’s degree or higher and 10+ years of experience; PMP or PgMP certification is desirable.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience supporting human performance programs, including CONUS and OCONUS operations.
• PMP or PgMP certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Supports large, globally distributed military support programs focused on Warfighter readiness and resilience.
• Supervises program activities, overseeing scope, schedule and costs, and personnel management of contractor staff.
• Provides guidance to contracting teams and maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies.
