Job summary

Fluor Corporation seeks a talented HSE professional to apply diverse technology constructs to enhance health, safety, and environmental practices across medium to large projects. The role focuses on preventing injury, environmental impact, and unsafe conditions through training, programs, and processes.

Responsibilities include regulatory guidance, risk assessments, and development of HSE initiatives while maintaining Fluor's high standards and policies.

Qualifications

• Accredited four-year degree and six years of related experience, or ten years without a degree where allowed.
• Ability to communicate effectively with audiences including management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors.
• Job-related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job.
• Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable statutes, guidelines, and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Work on HSE activities on medium to large TIC projects; duties may include certification/classification programs, supporting HSE documents and project-specific initiatives.
• Apply regulatory requirements to guide project management; monitor and control HSE standards and design project plans to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Plan, perform and document work requiring evaluation and adaptation of diverse techniques; include EIA, SC coordination, QRA, PHA, FPS, and related analyses; compare regulations to project needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Fluor's HSE standards, programs, and goals through training and knowledge portals.
• Promote and foster Fluor HSE standards and goals across projects to ensure a safe, productive environment.
• Adhere to Fluor's Health, Safety & Environmental and Sustainability policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
