Job summary

Helmerich & Payne, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor, HR Support Center to lead the global HRIS support team (US and India) and serve as the SME for HRIS troubleshooting, training, and end-user experience.

You will partner with Field Operations, HR, Payroll, IT, and Finance to resolve complex issues and drive process improvements. The role requires 7–10 years HR experience, 3–5 years Workday administration, and 2+ years of people leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• 7–10 years progressive Human Resources experience.
• 3–5 years supporting and administering Workday.
• 2+ years people leadership experience.
• Experience coordinating global HR operations and support.
• Certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary global HRIS functional expert and escalation point for complex system-related issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve employee data and workflow issues in the HR system.
• Develop and deliver HRIS training programs, user guides, and process documentation.
• Lead HRIS user adoption initiatives and improve system utilization.
• Maintain HR data integrity through audits and validation processes.
• Support implementation, testing, upgrades, releases, and enhancements for HR tech platforms.
• Analyze HR processes and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and compliance.
• Develop and report on HR Support Center service metrics and performance indicators.
• Manage and develop a global HR support team (US and India).
• Establish service standards and ensure timely, high-quality resolution of inquiries.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and leaders to address workforce needs.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, data privacy, and internal controls.
