Job summary

Helmerich & Payne is seeking a Supervisor, HR Support Center to act as the global HRIS expert, resolving complex data/workflow issues and driving HRIS adoption. You will develop training materials, maintain data integrity, and partner with HR, IT, and finance to improve system utilization.

The role requires 7–10 years HR experience and 3–5 years with Workday, with travel to India and other locations as needed. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
• 7-10 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• 3-5 years of Experience supporting and administering Workday.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, incl. India.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary global HRIS functional expert and escalation point for complex system-related issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve employee data and workflow issues, partnering with operations, HR, payroll, IT, finance and vendors.
• Develop and deliver HRIS training programs, user guides, job aids, and process documentation.
• Lead HRIS user adoption initiatives and improve system utilization and employee experience.
• Maintain HR data integrity through audits and continuous monitoring of data quality.
• Support implementation, testing, upgrades, releases, and enhancements for HR tech platforms.
• Analyze HR processes and recommend improvements for efficiency, compliance, and reporting accuracy.
• Develop, monitor and report on HR Support Center service metrics and performance indicators.
• Manage and develop a global HR support team (US and India).
• Provide leadership, coaching, and career development for direct reports.
• Establish service standards and ensure timely, high-quality resolution of inquiries.
• Support employee relations, performance management, organizational changes, and policy interpretation.
• Partner with HR partners and leaders to address workforce needs and ensure data privacy compliance.
• Participate in cross-functional HR transformation projects.
