Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience in scalable, high-stakes products.
• Experience in payroll, global employment, fintech, or regulated domains.
• Strong product judgment balancing breadth and depth.
• Systems thinking across data models, workflows, APIs, operations, and partners.
• Track record of simplifying complex workflows while preserving compliance.
• Strong analytical and commercial judgment with metrics and ROI.
• Technical fluency to influence architecture, reliability, and performance.
• Cross-functional leadership across engineering, design, operations, legal, compliance, finance, sales, and support.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for Global HRIS, EOR, and Global Payroll.
• Make portfolio tradeoffs between new-market expansion, depth, scalability, reliability, and financial risk.
• Define launch readiness for country and SKU across hiring, onboarding, payroll, and go-to-market.
