Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, MIS or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive HR operations/HRIS experience; 10+ preferred.
• Experience with HRIS implementations or major system transformations.
• Global HR experience with cross-border operations.
• Strong governance, compliance, and data integrity expertise.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize global HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Coordinate annual HR programs and HRIS initiatives.
• Collaborate with regional/local HR teams for scalable processes.
• Support HR reporting, compliance, and audits.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and data-informed decisions.
