Job summary

Fortrea seeks an Executive Director, HR and Workday Platform Technology to lead the Workday ecosystem, including HCM, Integrations, Security, Reporting, and Extend. This role owns platform strategy, governance, and roadmaps, aligning HR technology with enterprise objectives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership in enterprise applications, HR tech, or Workday leadership roles.
• Hands-on and leadership experience with Workday HCM and platform capabilities.
• Experience as a technology platform owner or senior product/platform leader for HR tech, preferably Workday.
• Enterprise application support and product ownership experience.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience operating in a regulated environment with governance, controls, and audit expectations.
• Experience managing vendors, implementation partners, or AMS providers.
• Proven people leadership, including leading managers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, roadmap, and operational support model for Workday.
• Own the technology direction for key Workday capabilities (Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, etc.).
• Own licensing, contracting, training, tenant management, Extend, integrations, and reporting.
• Serve as the enterprise Workday platform owner, aligning HR tech strategy with business objectives.
• Oversee platform governance, security models, release governance, and service delivery operations.
• Drive cross-functional programs and coordinate with business, IT, vendors, and governance forums.
