Job summary

Fortrea is seeking an Executive Director, HR and Workday Platform Technology to lead the Workday ecosystem, including HCM, Integrations, Reporting, and Extend, across HR and Facilities. This role owns strategy, roadmap, governance, and operating model, ensuring compliant, scalable, and high-performing platform delivery.

Reporting to Enterprise Applications, you will partner with HR, Finance, IT, Legal, and external partners to drive platform excellence, manage a hybrid team, and deliver

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise applications, HR technology, or Workday leadership.
• Experience owning Workday platform strategy, roadmap, and governance.
• Strong governance, risk, and compliance capabilities for regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, roadmap, and operational support for Workday platform and Extend.
• Own licensing, contracting, training, and tenant management for Workday ecosystem.
• Partner with HR, Facilities, Finance, IT, and Legal to ensure value-driven delivery.
