Job summary

McLarens is seeking an HRIS Manager to lead the global SAP SuccessFactors implementation and governance. You will drive strategy, oversee modules, and manage integrations across Payroll, Benefits, and Finance while partnering with People Operations and regional teams.

The role requires hands-on SF experience, data governance expertise, and strong project leadership in a multinational environment. Hybrid work arrangements and global exposure are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in HR, IS, CS, Business or related field.
• Substantial HRIS experience with SAP SuccessFactors—Employee Central and modules.
• Experience leading HR technology projects, global or multi-regional.
• Experience with SuccessFactors integrations, security, data governance, testing, reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global HR technology strategy and roadmap.
• Own and support SAP SuccessFactors modules (EC, Recruiting, Onboarding, Comp, Performance & Goals, Succession, Learning, Reporting).
• Configure workflows, rules, permissions, and foundation data for global/local needs.
• Manage integrations with payroll, benefits, finance, talent and third-party platforms; oversee APIs.
• Define and enforce HR data governance standards, including audits and reconciliation.
• Ensure system security, privacy, and IT/compliance alignment.
• Build HR reports, dashboards, and analytics on headcount, turnover, recruitment, performance, learning and succession.
• Lead HRIS implementations, module rollouts, enhancements, and transformations end-to-end.
• Identify and deliver automation to reduce manual work and duplicate entry.
• Serve as main SuccessFactors contact for People Operations; manage SAP and vendor relationships.
