Job summary

McLarens seeks an HRIS Manager to direct the global HR information systems, with primary responsibility for SAP SuccessFactors. This role partners across People Operations, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and Finance to align HR tech with global business needs.

You will lead module governance, integrations, data standards, analytics, and change management while driving optimizations and automation across regions. Collaboration and leadership of HRIS analysts are key.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, information systems, computer science, business, or related field.
• Substantial HRIS experience with hands-on SAP SuccessFactors including Employee Central and modules.
• Proven experience leading HR tech projects, global implementations, integrations, and enhancements.
• Experience with SuccessFactors integrations, system security, role-based permissions, data governance, testing, and reporting.
• SAP SuccessFactors certification in one or more modules preferred.
• Prior experience leading or coaching HRIS resources is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the global HR technology strategy and roadmap.
• Own and support SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, Learning, Reporting & Analytics).
• Configure workflows, rules, notifications, permissions, and data foundations for global consistency.
• Manage integrations with payroll, benefits, finance, talent, identity systems, and third parties; oversee APIs and data exchanges.
• Define and enforce HR data governance standards with audits and reconciliation.
• Ensure system security, privacy, and IT/compliance alignment.
• Build HR reports and analytics on headcount, turnover, recruitment, compensation, performance, learning, and succession.
• Lead HRIS implementations, module rollouts, enhancements, and transformations end-to-end.
• Identify process improvements and automation to reduce manual work.
• Serve as main SuccessFactors contact for People Operations and business teams; manage SAP/vendor relationships.
• Create user guides, training materials, and FAQs; deliver training and change management.
• Lead and develop HRIS analysts, setting priorities and service expectations.
