Coder is expanding its People team and building an international HR footprint. You will partner with R&D leaders, act as the UK employment expert, and manage EOR relationships as we establish UK and other markets.

This is foundational work for our London entity buildout, with overlap hours to accommodate UK teams. You will influence performance, compensation cycles, and country playbooks, collaborating closely with US and London colleagues.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of HRBP experience, including employee relations, with meaningful UK and/or international exposure.
• Strong working knowledge of UK employment law, and familiarity with EOR models and their limitations.
• Hands-on experience with Rippling and/or Deel.
• Comfort working independently across time zones, with early UK-hours overlap and occasional UK travel.
• Detail-oriented enough to catch a contract or comp error before it ships, and strategic enough to know when to elevate.
• Extremely collaborative, working closely with a US- and London-based team.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with R&D leaders on performance, org design, employee relations, and people strategy, and flag risks early.
• Advise on international ER and org changes under local law, and know when to bring in outside counsel for high-risk matters such as redundancy and terminations.
• Help build our UK employment infrastructure with Legal and Finance: contracts, probation and notice terms, right to work, statutory leave, policies, and benefits.
• Manage our EOR relationships (Deel, Rippling) and plan the path from EOR to direct employment in key markets.
• Track regulatory changes in the UK and our active EOR countries, including the Employment Rights Act changes, and proactively flag risks.
• Own performance, compensation cycles, promotions, and leveling for the pod with the HR Manager and Total Rewards.
• Build repeatable country playbooks so each new market doesn't start from scratch.
• Keep international employee data accurate in Rippling and Deel, and support audits and reporting.
