Job summary

Coder is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support its growing R&D organization across the US and UK. You will partner with R&D leaders on people strategy, org design, and employee relations to drive performance and culture.

You will own UK and international employment, EOR relationships, and regulatory tracking, building country playbooks and supporting compensation cycles for the R&D pod. The role requires strong cross-time zone collaboration and hands-on HRIS experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years HRBP experience with UK employment law knowledge.
• Hands-on Rippling/Deel experience and comfort working across time zones.
