Job summary

United Parcel Service, Inc. is seeking an HR Business Partner (HRBP) Manager to build strong partnerships with global HR leaders, guiding the deployment of strategic HR programs and talent initiatives across the organization.

You will act as a trusted advisor, coach HRBP teams, and help forecast talent needs, support succession planning, and drive improvements in performance, development, and leadership pipelines.

Qualifications

• Must be located in the same geographical area as the job.
• Hybrid work requirement: report to the Atlanta corporate office.
• Bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) or UPS internal experience.
• Minimum of three continuous years of management experience.
• Recent, relevant Human Resources experience.
• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proven experience leading and developing management employees.
• Advanced knowledge of HR Systems, specifically Workday.
• History of managing large-scale projects to completion.
• Energetic, pro-active work ethic and upward management ability.

Responsibilities

• Supports strategic relationship between HR and the enterprise to define business challenges.
• Understands core business processes to support talent optimization globally.
• Supports projects with research, presentations, and program design.
• Leverages HRBP Supervisors to support special initiatives.
• Manages upwards to drive talent optimization strategy.
• Promotes HR initiatives and translates them into focused programs.
• Acts as an escalation point for HRBPs and peers when needed.
• Monitors results and facilitates changes with COEs and HR Services.
